Hey, I’m Jordan.


I help busy people and small businesses get their admin under control, their websites updated, and their business running smoother behind the scenes.

I’ve spent years working in buying, operations, and in-house brand development—building and managing the moving parts behind real businesses, not just observing them from the sidelines. That means I understand how things actually get done: the systems, the coordination, the detail, and the pressure of keeping everything running properly.

Now I step into businesses as the calm, practical support behind the scenes—handling admin, tightening up operations, keeping websites current, and making sure nothing important gets dropped or delayed.

I’m not here to overcomplicate things or add layers of process you don’t need. I’m here to get in, sort things out, and make your day-to-day feel lighter and more controlled.

I work flexibly across Auckland and remotely, supporting clients on an ongoing basis or jumping in when things start piling up and need attention fast.
